Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 13, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game Atlas Aviator (the “App”), developed by Ghassan Jaam (“we”, “us”, “the developer”), handles information. We built Atlas Aviator to be privacy-respecting: there is no account to create, and your game progress stays on your device.

Information we collect

Data stored only on your device

Your scores, streaks, coins, unlocked items, daily-mission progress and settings are saved locally on your device using Apple’s standard storage (UserDefaults). This information is not transmitted to us and we cannot access it.

Information we do not collect

We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, contacts, location, photos, or precise device location. We do not operate our own servers, accounts, or analytics, and we do not build advertising profiles ourselves.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The free version of the App may display ads served by Google AdMob, a service provided by Google LLC. To serve and measure ads, Google may collect and process certain information, which can include device identifiers (such as the Identifier for Advertisers, IDFA), IP address, general device information, and interactions with ads.

In line with Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework, the App asks for your permission before allowing tracking that uses the IDFA. If you do not grant permission, ads may still be shown but are non-personalized. Subscribing to Atlas Premium removes ads entirely.

Google’s use of data is governed by its own policies. Learn more and manage your options here:

Purchases and subscriptions

Atlas Premium is an auto-renewable subscription sold through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. All payments and billing are handled by Apple — we never receive or store your payment-card details. Apple may share limited, mostly aggregated transaction information with us so we can deliver and support your purchase. Apple’s handling of your data is described in the Apple Privacy Policy.

Children

Atlas Aviator is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA. Because we do not collect personal data ourselves, most such requests concerning ad data should be directed to Google.

Data retention & security

We do not hold personal data on our own systems. Data processed by Google (ads) and Apple (purchases) is retained and secured according to their respective policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
