GoldVision ("the App", "we", "our") is an iOS application developed and maintained by Ghassan Jaam. The App is published on the Apple App Store under the bundle identifier com.ghassanjaam.goldvision.

None of this data is backed up to our servers, transmitted over the network, or shared with any party. It lives exclusively in the app's sandboxed container on your device.
To display live and historical gold prices, GoldVision makes outbound HTTPS requests to publicly available financial data services:
query1.finance.yahoo.com)These requests are one-way data pulls — no user data is included in the request payload. Your IP address may be visible to these services as part of normal HTTPS connectivity, the same as any web browser visit. GoldVision does not control those services' privacy practices.
GoldVision Pro subscriptions are processed entirely through Apple's App Store in-app purchase system (StoreKit). We never see, store, or process your payment card details.
Apple provides us with an anonymised receipt indicating whether a subscription is active. No personally identifiable information is shared with us as part of this process. Apple's privacy policy governs all payment handling: apple.com/legal/privacy.
To manage, cancel, or view your subscription, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone.
With your permission, GoldVision delivers local push notifications for price alerts and high-impact economic events. These notifications are generated entirely on-device by iOS — no notification payload is routed through our servers. We do not use Apple Push Notification service (APNs) or any third-party push service.
You can enable or disable notifications at any time in your iPhone's Settings → Notifications → GoldVision.
GoldVision is intended for users aged 17 and older, consistent with its financial information content. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has used the App, contact us and we will take appropriate action.
GoldVision contains no third-party advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or tracking libraries. There are no embedded services from Google, Facebook, Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Sentry, Crashlytics, or equivalent providers.
The App's only external dependencies are Apple's native system frameworks (StoreKit, UserNotifications, WebKit, Charts) — all governed by Apple's own privacy policy.
Because no data is collected or stored on our end, there is nothing for us to delete on your behalf. All locally stored data (alerts, journal entries, signal history) can be removed at any time by:
