These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ghassan Jaam ("Developer", "we", "us"), the developer and publisher of GoldVision.
Nothing in GoldVision constitutes financial, investment, trading, or tax advice. The App is an analytical tool only. All content — signals, predictions, indicators, scores, backtest results — is for informational and educational purposes.
Market data is sourced from third-party providers (Yahoo Finance, public RSS feeds). We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for purpose of any data displayed. Data may be delayed, incorrect, or unavailable.
Certain data sets within the App — including Commitment of Traders (COT) positioning — are simulated approximations and do not represent real-time or official CFTC data. They are clearly labeled as such and must not be relied upon for real trading decisions.
Trading signals generated by the App's AI engines are probabilistic estimates based on historical patterns and technical indicators. They are not predictions and they can and will be wrong. Confidence percentages reflect model agreement, not certainty of outcome.
Certain features of the App require an active GoldVision Pro subscription, billed through Apple's App Store in-app purchase system.
Prices are listed in USD and may vary by country or region due to local App Store pricing. Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged upon confirmation of purchase. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
A free tier is always available. The Home tab — including live gold price, AI verdict, native price chart, and key indicators — is free with no subscription required.
All purchases are processed and fulfilled by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not have the ability to issue refunds directly.
Apple's standard refund policy applies. Refunds are generally granted for accidental purchases or if the App is not functioning as described — at Apple's sole discretion.
The Paper Trading feature simulates trades using virtual money only. It does not involve real funds, real brokerage accounts, or real financial instruments. Results in Paper Trading do not reflect actual market execution, slippage, liquidity, or real trading performance.
Paper Trading is a simulation and educational tool. We make no representation that Paper Trading results will be replicated in live markets.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the App is limited to the amount you paid for the App subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $10 USD — whichever is greater.
All content within GoldVision — including the App design, AI analysis engines, branding, icons, and text — is the exclusive property of Ghassan Jaam and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Third-party data displayed in the App (Yahoo Finance, RSS news content) is owned by the respective providers and is subject to their own terms of use. GoldVision is not affiliated with or endorsed by Yahoo Finance, Reuters, MarketWatch, or any financial institution.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first; failing that, through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction in Canada.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting the updated Terms to this page, indicated by a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
